Snowbrite White Peach Tree Care
Grow this cold-hardy peach tree in USDA growing zones 5-9, and ensure at least 650 chill hours for best fruit production. To get a bountiful Snowbrite peach harvest, plant your tree in a sunny spot!
Moist, well-draining soil that is rich in organic matter is best to keep this peach tree healthy. An annual application of slow release fertilizer will benefit the tree for structural growth and increase fruit yield. Water thoroughly the first year of planting to establish a strong root system and during the fruiting period to avoid blossom drop.
The white peach tree size ranges from 12-15 feet in height, and 12-15 feet in width. As a semi-dwarf fruit tree variety, this peach cultivar is perfect to plant in smaller spaces. Prune your tree in late winter to encourage a vase-like shape.
It is a self-fertile peach tree but having other peach trees nearby will increase cross-pollination and fruit quality. These are not bare root peach trees, they are rooted in their nursery container in soil.
Tne Snowbrite Peach Tree is moderately resistant to pests and diseases and is susceptible to common peach tree diseases.
