Get ready to add a touch of sweetness to your garden with the Giombo Persimmon Tree. This tree isn't just a pretty face – it delivers big on both flavor and beauty.

Let's start with the fruit. The Giombo Persimmon Tree produces large, delicious persimmons that will have your taste buds doing a happy dance. These fruits are sweet, juicy, and perfect for enjoying fresh off the tree or incorporating into your favorite recipes. It's like having your own personal stash of nature's candy!

If you are wondering if Giombo Persimmon fruit is astringent or non-astringent, look no further! Giombo Persimmon is an astringent fruit which means it will get soft and sticky when ripe and ready to eat.

Now, let's talk about the tree itself. At maturity, the Giombo Persimmon Tree reaches a height of about 15-20 feet, making it a great choice for small to medium-sized landscapes. The canopy spreads out nicely too, so you'll get ample shade and a lovely presence in your garden.

Giombo Persimmon Tree Care

When it comes to sunlight requirements, this tree loves the light! Give it full sun exposure, which means at least 6-8 hours of direct sunlight per day. The more sunlight it gets, the happier and sweeter those persimmons will be. Just imagine the sun's rays nurturing your persimmons into flavor powerhouses!

As for soil, the Giombo Persimmon Tree is pretty easygoing. It thrives in well-draining soil that's slightly acidic to neutral. If you're not sure about your soil's pH, a simple soil test kit from your local garden center will do the trick. And remember, good drainage is key to keeping this tree happy, so avoid planting it in areas prone to standing water or boggy conditions.

Online Giombo Persimmon Tree Planted in the Landscape

When it comes to growing this beauty in your landscape, it's important to give it some space to spread its branches. Make sure to plant it at least 15-20 feet away from any structures or other trees to allow for proper development and airflow. And don't forget to water it regularly, especially during dry spells, to keep it hydrated and healthy.

The Giombo Persimmon Tree is a delightful addition to any garden. With its mouthwatering fruit, stunning foliage, and easy maintenance, it's a win-win. Plant one today and get ready to enjoy a bountiful harvest of sweet goodness. Happy planting!

Poor Customer Service

I received a Giombo Persimmon that was damaged during shipping. The top 12” was snapped off. I sent 2 emails and left one voicemail to make them aware of the issue and received no response from either. I will not be ordering less than perfect plants again from Perfect Plants. Very poor customer service.
