I ordered six three-gallon pot shrubs via Lowe's online site, but received six two-gallon pot size shrubs. I was charged for the larger size and only discovered the error after the shrubs were planted. I called Perfect Plants and they informed me that they do not stock these shrubs in the three-gallon size. I don't understand why they would make a substitution without calling the customer. Since I was overcharged by Lowe's and had already planted the shrubs, I asked Perfect Plants if the could call Lowe's to inform them of the mistake. I called Perfect Plants several times, but they never followed up with Lowe's and couldn't be bothered calling me back. They are dishonest and are lacking in the customer service department. Also, as one other interviewer mentioned, these shrubs can be purchased locally for less and the quality is just as good.
