How to Propagate a Snake Plant
It’s easy to propagate a snake plant from cutting. Take a snake plant leaf and submerge the bottom quarter in water and place in a location that gets bright indirect sunlight. Change out the water every other day until you see its roots start to grow. At this point you can plant the leaf in sphagnum moss or a soft sand and water it to help it establish itself. Congrats! Place the snake plant in the center of the pot and fill around the roots with extra mix until it is filled to an inch or two below the top without covering the crown of the snake plant.
