Great customer service!

When my pomegranate tree first arrived, it had leaves and looked vibrant. I became concerned when it lost all of its leaves within a few days. (I live in upstate NY and was concerned this was because of the cold it had endured during shipping.). I contacted customer service and they assured me that the tree was probably entering dormancy and that it would come back after this period. They made a note on my account, and said they will replace the tree if it does not come back. I got quick and assuring responses from customer service on several occasions, and they walked me through what I need to do with the tree, and what I should see as its dormant period ends. Crossing our fingers that the tree comes back:)

Perfect Plants Nursery

It's great to hear that your purchase process for the pomegranate tree was seamless! When you're ready to plant it, make sure to choose a sunny spot with well-drained soil. Pomegranate trees can be planted in the spring after the last frost or in the early fall. Proper care, including regular watering and fertilizing, will help your pomegranate tree thrive and eventually produce delicious fruits. If you have any more questions or need tips on planting and caring for your pomegranate tree, feel free to ask!

Healthy product and quality shipping

I purchased the 3Gal potted Pomegranate. Tree shipped well packaged. The Tree was lush and green and in good shape. I live in zone 6b and planted in the end of May. The plant stayed green and took about a month to acclimate to the soil and environment. After that I treated with organic slow release fertilizer and it was off to the races. The tree has grown about 2 feet up and 2 feet out this summer and is vibrant. I'm going to wait another season before pruning from a bush into a tree shape. I'm confident it will have no issue surviving the winter on it's own but will probably make a small PVC pipe frame green house to help it through the first winter.
