Knock Out® Rose Trees are the ultimate low-maintenance flowering tree for bold, nonstop blooms from spring to frost. With their tree-form shape and vigorous blooming habits, these roses add instant curb appeal and vibrant color to any landscape. Whether planted in garden beds, along walkways, or in decorative containers, they’re an easy way to make a statement—no green thumb required.
The Knock Out® series is known for its hardiness and vibrant flower colors. Popular tree-form varieties include:
Double Red Knock Out® Rose Tree – rich, velvety red double blooms that make a dramatic impact
Double Pink Knock Out® Rose Tree – cheerful pink blossoms that brighten up borders or patios
All Knock Out® varieties are highly disease-resistant, self-cleaning, and bloom continuously.
Choose a sunny spot with at least 6 hours of direct sunlight daily. Knock Out® Rose Trees thrive in well-draining soil and make excellent focal points in mixed flower beds, along driveways, or flanking entryways. Their tidy, upright form also makes them perfect for large decorative containers on patios or porches.
Knock Out® Rose tree care is simple. Water regularly, especially during dry spells, and feed with a rose-specific fertilizer in spring and mid-summer to support vigorous growth. These trees require minimal pruning—just a light shaping in early spring before new growth begins. Their disease resistance means less spraying and more blooming.
In colder climates, Knock Out® Roses go dormant in winter, losing their leaves and storing energy for the next bloom cycle. Add a layer of mulch around the base to insulate the roots, and protect the graft union if temperatures dip below freezing. In warmer zones, they may retain some foliage and continue sporadic blooming year-round.
If you're looking for a standout plant that’s bold, beautiful, and incredibly easy to grow, Knock Out® Rose
