Best customer service i have seen from an online shop

Had a real hard frost the night after planting and it shocked the plants - only a couple of surviving leaves. Reached out to Perfect Plants expecting the run around but was pleasently surprised by rapid follow up with a real person. Sent them pictures and they shipped replacement. I can not be more impressed

Pleasantly surprised at the speed of shipping so this little guy wouldn't be in a box for too long. He arrived standing, well wrapped and healthy. I ordered the 1 gallon size but let me tell you, this thing is growing like a ****. He is beautiful, green and happy. Its only been 2 months or so but I think I'm going to pot him up! One beauty!

Yesterday UPS delivered my 3 gallon Pomegranate tree and I was surprised that it arrived 5 days early. Thanks! It had a beautiful root ball and lots of foliage. I had the planting site prepared in advance so I immediately planted it and last night we received a surprise snowstorm. So now is the cold Hardy test; will it survive and continue growing into the spring and summer?
