Endless Summer® Twist-n-Shout® Hydrangea Shrubs are a spectacular lacecap hydrangea exploding with vibrant color and gorgeous blooms all summer long! This dashing perennial is sure to make your landscape look incredible, year after year.
Endless Summer Hydrangea Twist and Shout® shows off delicate disc-shaped flowering clusters backdropped with bright and robust foliage.
This lovely shrub is graced with vibrant, green semi-glossy foliage that contrasts perfectly with its luxurious blooms. The broad leaves and grand flowers are supported on thick red stems, which only add to this shrub’s visual interest. The leaves turn a burgundy-red color in the fall. As this is a deciduous shrub, leaves will be discarded by winter.
Tiny flowers come together to form clustering lacy caps that take your breath away! This stunning beauty displays petite flowering clusters that are simultaneously purple, white, pink, or some variation in between.
Individual florets within each cluster, bloom in their own time. As a result, there is a varied appearance of both young and old blooms within the same cluster cap. This flower variation makes this shrub all the more unique and appealing. Each lacy flower cluster is like its very own bouquet of sweetness.
The main appeal of Twist n Shout Hydrangea is that its flower heads rebloom continually through the season. Expect this flowering shrub to bring joy and charm to your lovely landscape beginning in early spring and into the fall.
Birds, butterflies, bees, and other pollinators adore this shrub. This hydrangea’s flower clusters are ideal for flower arrangements and interior decorating. Additionally, blooms can be used either fresh or dried.

Twist and Shout Hydrangea Care Information
This shrub has no significant pest or disease problems. Twist and Shout lacecap hydrangeas grow best in USDA hardiness zones 4 through 9. Though this lovely shrub can grow almost anywhere, it really thrives in the South.
This shrub enjoys full sun or partial sun, depending on the region. Morning sun with afternoon shade is best, especially in hotter climates. Hydrangeas located in colder or coastal areas may be able to thrive in full sun. However, in swelteringly hot regions, full sun may scorch or burn the plant.
Water around the base of the plant weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed. Avoid overhead spraying of the leaves to avoid powdery mildew and fungal infections. During extreme heat or drought conditions, water more frequently. Container plants will also need more watering. Give young plants a little extra attention, and be sure to water them regularly so they can become well established.
This hydrangea prefers moist, well-draining soil. Mulch well around the base of the plant to protect its roots. Mulching is especially important in colder climates. Applying about 3 inches of mulch should be sufficient. Fertilize in late fall.
Soil pH directly affects this shrub's flower color. To control flower coloring, amend the soil to be either acidic or alkaline. Acidic soils create more of a blueish-periwinkle color. To encourage shades of pink, the soil needs to be more alkaline.
Twist and Shout Hydrangea Size
Twist &Shout hydrangea grows about 3 to 5 feet tall and wide, depending upon your region and soil quality. It tends to grow slowly with a mounded shape and erect foliage. Space 3 to 5 feet apart for mass planting or to create a border.
Pruning Twist and Shout Hydrangea
Pruning is not required for this perennial shrub, as its flowers will bloom on both old and new wood. However, a light trim will encourage a denser pattern of growth and more profuse blooming the following season. Prune Twist-n-Shout® in the fall, after flowering has ceased.
