Condition of Sale

Perfect Plants takes great care to properly and correctly label all plant varieties. If you believe your purchase has been mislabeled, please submit images of the label to our Contact Us form. 

The customer is held responsible for contacting us immediately if they have accidentally submitted duplicate orders. Please use our Contact Us Form to send a notice of duplicated orders.

Returns

We do not accept returns of perishable items without permission. 

Restocking fees will be charged to each customer who returns a plant in live condition with authorization from Perfect Plants. Restocking fees will be 25% of the purchase price of the original order. If the order is accepted for returns, we will offer a store credit for the purchase price, less the 25% re-stocking fee. 

Non-perishable items, such as fertilizers, tree water bags, pruning shears, planting mixes, etc. are subject for returns with Perfect Plants Nursery permission. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and processing charges. 

Canceling An Order

Customers may request cancellation of their order by calling us at (850) 997-3008. Cancellation only applies to orders that have not been fully processed.
