The popcorn rose color starts as a soft yellow and fades to cream-white blooms. The overall impression is yellow and cream reminiscent of buttery popcorn hence its name. Contrasting dark green foliage lies under the yellow flowers.

Drift Roses are a cross full-size ground cover roses and miniature roses. They gained durability, disease resistance, and winter hardiness from the full-size ground cover roses. The drift series rose bushes gained a healthy size and repeat-blooming nature from the miniatures.

How to Grow Drift Roses

No special attention is required for Drift Rose Bushes besides well-draining soil. For best presentation, prune drift roses annually in early spring after the last peril of frost has passed. Drift roses are very low maintenance plants as long as they are placed in a full sun area with well-draining soil they will thrive. The only maintenance recommendation for these beautiful plants is to deadhead spent blooms to ensure more blooms come the following season.

In order to produce more blooms in the next flowering season you will want to deadhead your rose bushes to encourage more bloom growth.

Drift roses need at least 4-6 hours of sunlight and will not survive well in less.

Drift roses have a spread of 4ft, but are not invasive so they will not produce more.
